Q. Can I get an
autograph?
A. Send a self addressed
stamped envelope to Maggie Shayne, address pending, and I'll send you back an
autographed bookmark.
Q. Can you read my
outline/synopsis/chapters/ book/short story etc and give me
critique or feedback?
A. No. Legally I can't
do that without putting myself at risk for a lawsuit, so my
agent and attorney don't allow it.
Q. Can you send my
work to your publisher or agent?
A. No. You need to
submit yourself, by the same means we all have to use.
Q. Can I order books
directly from you?
A. No. I don't sell
books, just write them. Booksellers stock and sell them.
I'm not set up to store them, take orders, accept payment or
ship books, and my personal supplies are extremely limited.
