McIntyre Men
Book 7

A pulse-pounding contemporary romantic suspense featuring a scarred military hero, the fierce PI ex-wife he never stopped loving, and a race across Oklahoma to save the daughter he never knew he had.

Adam Wakeland is a battle-tested soldier carrying scars no one can see. Riley is the woman he left behind—now a fierce, independent private investigator running one of the best agencies around. She has never forgiven Adam for returning to his post right after their miscarriage, and she isn’t sure she ever will. Worse, no one knows leaving was his choice, so half their small Oklahoma town blames her for the split.

Then an old letter surfaces and drops a bombshell into Adam’s life: he has a seven-year-old daughter. Her name is Kendall Grace, and she’s missing and in grave danger after her mother is attacked. Desperate, Adam turns to the one detective he trusts to find the child he’s never met—his brilliant ex-wife.

Thrown together on the hunt, tracking clues across the state, Adam and Riley are forced to face the grief they never processed together and a passion that blazes still.. Now, with time running out to save his little girl, it’s him and Riley against the odds, just like it used to be. Maybe this time…things can end differently for all of them.

Perfect for readers who love:
– Second-chance contemporary romantic suspense
– A wounded military hero and a fierce PI heroine
– A secret child and a race against the clock
